Shipping Policy

Orders ship from our studio warehouse within two business days. Domestic delivery is 3–5 working days; international delivery is 7–14 working days depending on region. All orders are shipped with tracking information provided via email.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer complimentary standard shipping on domestic orders over $75.

Return Policy

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@linenhouse.com. We provide a prepaid return label for domestic orders. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Items that have been used, washed, or altered are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal information (name, email, shipping address) solely to process orders and improve your shopping experience. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill orders (e.g., shipping carriers, payment processors).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@linenhouse.com.
